2. Payment, Fees, and Subscriptions

2.1. Fees: Clients are charged for Services based on the plan selected at the time of purchase. Fees are due in advance of the service period (e.g., monthly in advance).

2.2. Payment Gateway: We use a secure, third-party payment gateway to process all transactions. We do not store or have access to your full credit card information. You agree to be bound by the terms of our chosen payment gateway.

2.3. Recurring Billing: If you purchase a monthly plan, you will be billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. By purchasing, you authorize Itvzup LLC to charge your payment method on file for these recurring fees.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1. Cancellation: We offer “Free Cancellation.” You may cancel your monthly service at any time by sending a written notice to contact@itvzup.com. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle, and you will not be charged again.

3.2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We stand by our service. If you purchase a new plan and are not satisfied for any reason, you are eligible for a full refund of your first payment. This guarantee is valid for 30 days from your initial purchase. To request a refund, please email contact@itvzup.com within this 30-day period.

3.3. General Refund Policy: Except as explicitly stated in our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Section 3.2), all fees are non-refundable. Our fees represent the time, labor, and expertise expended, which cannot be recovered. We do not offer prorated refunds for cancellations made after the 30-day guarantee period.

4.1. SEO is a Third-Party Dependant Service: All search engines (like Google) use complex and proprietary algorithms. We have no control over these algorithms or the policies of search engines. We cannot guarantee that our work will result in any specific search engine ranking, traffic increase, or business outcome.

4.2. Disclaimer: Itvzup LLC makes no warranty or guarantee of any kind, expressed or implied, regarding the results of our Services. We do not guarantee a #1 ranking or a specific increase in leads or sales. Our service is the professional execution of skilled labor, not the promise of a specific result.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. Our Content: All content, logos, and materials on this Site are the property of Itvzup LLC. You may not use, copy, or reproduce our intellectual property without our express written permission.

5.2. Client Deliverables: Any reports, audits, or content we create *for you* (the “Deliverables”) as part of a paid Service shall become your property *after* we have received full and final payment for those Services. We reserve the right to use such work as part of our portfolio in a non-confidential manner.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site or Services to:
